At Iv Design, we were brought in early to help this homeowner bring her dream home to life. With a focus on timeless sophistication and family-friendly functionality, we provided space planning, a complete design concept, detailed construction documentation, and photorealistic 3D renderings to ensure clarity and peace of mind before breaking ground.

We’ve developed design plans for the open-concept living room, custom kitchen, breakfast area, butler’s pantry, formal dining room, and a playful yet refined kids’ bedroom on the second floor. We’re currently preparing for the next exciting phase, custom millwork installation.
