CUSTOM PRODUCTS – All custom products fabricated per your request are made to order and cannot be returned.
PILLOW COVERS – We stand 100% by the quality and uniqueness of our product. We believe you are going to love your new pillow covers, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at info@ivdesigninteriors.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label. Delivery/Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the original form of payment.
